What's a Startup Gala?

The Startup Gala is an annual evening for the founders, partners, and CxO´s of our community companies to celebrate in style. During the evening, our community members can meet other like-minded people and expand their networks.

The event is by invitation only!

What's the theme of the year?

Startup Gala 2026 celebrates the growth of the Finnish startup ecosystem from its early days to today’s globally impactful scene. It honors the raw, pioneering spirit that shaped the ecosystem and continues to drive it forward.

What to wear?

The gala is meant to be a small, intentional break from everyday life, a chance to swap our hoodies for something sharper and make the evening feel a little special.

Dress code: Black tie.

Black tie typically means a tuxedo (or dinner jacket with matching trousers). A dark suit is also acceptable. For dresses, black tie means an elegant knee-length cocktail dress or a full-length evening gown.

Is there an After Party?

Indeed, there is.

After the official programme, the evening continues in a more relaxed atmosphere at Kaapelitehdas. The After Party is open until 1.00 AM.
