Are you proactive, organized, and excited about the fast-paced world of startups? We are looking for a coordinator to complement our team and help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.
In this role, you’ll take on diverse responsibilities that combine organizational skills with creativity. You’ll get to showcase your coordination expertise in a variety of roles – from managing social media content to assisting with event logistics and administrative tasks. You’ll be the one ensuring that everything falls into place and runs on schedule.

Your responsibilities:
- Administrative support: Document management, meeting arrangements
- Social media management: Planning, creating, and improving content
- Event support: Assisting with practical arrangements like venue bookings and catering
- Membership management: Supporting member services, communications, and enhancing member experience in collaboration with the Growth and Community Director
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Understands the importance of member experience and thrives under pressure
- Is creative and skilled in producing engaging content for social media
- Is enthusiastic about event organization and excels in hands-on tasks
We value
- Prior experience in similar roles is an advantage, but attitude and motivation to learn are key
- Excellent written and spoken skills in Finnish and English
- Proficiency in using standard office tools and social media platforms effectively
