Better startup conditions are not a given. They can be built together.

On May 13, we’re bringing together founders, investors, operators, and ecosystem builders at TAKOMO in Helsinki for a hands-on policy hackathon focused on improving the Finnish startup environment.

The goal is simple: turn real startup pain points into concrete policy proposals. The strongest ideas will be developed into a policy brief and pushed forward beyond the event.

During the session, participants will work on one of the three key challenges:
• Talent shortage and skilled immigration
• Tax incentives for founders and startup talent
• University spinouts and commercialization of research
